Anwar Khuri, Executive Creative Director

Anwar lives for the story. Stemming from the love of applause he found at the Piven Theater Workshop and coming to life with close to 20 years of directing and producing award-winning work in advertising for big-name clients like GM and Unilever, he treats every task like a performance. His niche for narrative is one of the main reasons Popskull has a tale to tell for every client.

David LeBreton, Managing Director

David got his hands dirty as a political professional, as well as cutting his teeth as a management consultant for BCG and even owning his own small business. This impressive zig-zag resume lends him a keen view of the advertising world, in turn giving Popskull a unique approach to their branding tactics. All this is to say that he has a proven track record of mastering and manipulating strategy in the name of his partners, company and clients.

PJ Rashid, Managing Partner

Part former financier with JP Morgan, part graduate degrees in finance and strategy and part creative conceptor/writer for everything from Fortune 500 brands to local film festivals. Taking his calculator out for walks is still fun, but building businesses through driving innovation and creativity is what PJ lives for.

Beth Borum, Creative Director

Creativity is just the tip of the iceberg with Beth. Her unique ability to embrace and reinvent communications into seductive and intriguing brand stories has given her a voice that has helped agencies, big and small, better their best. Armed with her BFA from Syracuse University, a masters from the VCU Brandcenter and almost 20 years of experience, Beth continues to hone her craft of communication design, which she now puts to good use helping Popskull clients stand out in the crowd.

Maddie Marret, Account Supervisor

Where most ad folks start their day with coffee, Maddie started her career with it. While earning a BA in Marketing Communications with a concentration in Advertising at Columbia College Chicago, she worked as a barista at the Ogilvy Chicago ad agency, brewing up the contacts that would eventually land her at Popskull. After that, she took the scenic route to get where she is today, picking up tidbits of knowledge from her stints as an account planning intern at Ogilvy, a social media representative at GrubHub, and even a strategist at Popskull before settling in as our Account Supervisor.
